About Planning and Project Management Services

Alvin Ormonde, the proprietor of Planning and Project Management Services has over thirty years experience in matters arising out of Town and Country Planning Legislation, Building Regulations, and Housing Act 2004, Rating and Council Tax Matters and General Project Management.

Prior to the commencement of PPMS he was a partner in an Insurance Brokerage for about fifteen years, specialising in Motor, Fire, Accident, Professional Indemnity, Marine Cargo Insurances and general claims and Risk Management. Following which he was a director in a property development group with responsibility for the planning and project management of various schemes which led him to full time planning consultancy.

In addition to his professional work Alvin Ormonde is a founding and active member of a volunteer emergency ambulance service and was a CQC Registered Manager for 7 years. As a result of his ambulance service he was a London Borough of Barnet appointee to what was the Community Health Council for over eleven years.
