PPMS was first instructed in late 2011, following initial Planning Enforcement enquiries by the London Borough of Barnet. The Local Planning Authority Issued an Enforcement Notice alleging “Without planning permission, the construction of a single storey front extension” Requiring the demolition of the extension within 3 months effective 9 April 2012.
An appeal under Section 174 was made 29 March 2012.

The appeal was allowed 9 November 2012 and the Notice was quashed.
