PPMS were instructed by the owner of the property to brief the architects with the parameters of a scheme that would be acceptable to the planners. The past negative planning history having been the main reason that the house was sold to the present owner.

A scheme was designed by architects AS Studios and refined according to instructions from PPMS and an application submitted 7 January 2008.Planning Permission was granted in the manner submitted 18 February 2008.
