This school, having been refused planning permission to remain in these premises instructed PPMS to advise and act in this matter.PPMS advised that having regard to the comments made by local Council Members no accommodation with the Local Planning Authority was likely to succeed.In the circumstances PPMS advised the school to continue and wait for the inevitable Enforcement Notice.The school were eventually served with an Enforcement Notice requiring the cessation of school use.

A section 174 appeal was made by way of a Public Inquiry and Anthony Dinkin QC leading counsel of 2-3 Grays Inn Square was instructed by PPMS to attend on behalf of the appellants.John Rowland of Rowland Bilsland Traffic Planning was instructed to advise and prepare the School Travel Plan. Stephen Moorcroft of Air Quality Consultants Ltd was instructed to advise on the Air Quality issues raised by the Local Planning Authority and neighbours and Peter Hines of W A Hines and Partners instructed to report on acoustic matters..

Following the lengthy Inquiry the appeal was allowed in the terms of the Inspectors Decision Notice 19 January 2007

In tandem with the Planning Appeal PPMS were instructed to make representation to Ofsted in respect of the registration of the Kindergarten and teachers which was successful.In addition PPMS were instructed to obtain Fire Brigade and Building Regulation approval.
